Through flowing movements, our thoughts and emotions calm down and our physique becomes stronger. Our body naturally comes into balance. Dru Yoga is an ancient form of Hatha Yoga. Dru represents the Northern Star, which is always stable on the firmament, while all else moves around it. By practicing Dru Yoga we develop this in ourselves. Despite all chaos, we remain full of energy and in balance. Unique within Dru Yoga are the EBR's ( Energy Block Release). The EBR's allow our energy to flow freely through our body. Stress and negative emotions dissolves instantly and we experience more harmony with ourselves and our environment. This form of Yoga is suited for young and old, beginner and advanced.
